I was looking through some of my previous projects and found some gorgeous layered pictures I’ve created. They’re inspired by the coast, India and mark-making. I’ve put them together using photos, magazines, newspapers, paint, acetate, tissue paper, charcoal, anything that worked, really! Which is your favourite?
Well, it’s official! I’m up on the website for Alnmouth Arts Festival! I’m Iooking forward to meeting all of the other artists and hopefully selling a painting or 2! The Ferry Hut will be my home for the weekend at the end of June. I hope it’s nice weather! The pup may put in an appearance too…
It’s my Dad’s birthday this week and I’m heading back to the farm for a party. I’ve made some bunting for it and it looks great against my yellow wall!
3 broken needles later…. my sewing machine and I are no longer friends, but I did end up with a nice picture of the boats at Holy island!
My friend had a beautiful baby girl this week. Here’s a little card I sent her and her boyfriend to make them smile.
