“Red sky at night”

I can’t resist taking photo’s of a gorgeous sky. I took these at sunset one night from my window and I love the silhouette of the city against the clouds.

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside…

I grew up on a farm on the coast, in the North East. I love the beach so much and I’m always disappointed by the amount of time I get to spend there when I go home. Even when the weather’s miserable, the beach is one of the best places to be in Northumberland.

I finally drew a present for my brother this Christmas. I’ve been meaning to do it for a while but I didn’t want to rush it. I was quite pleased with it in the end! What do you think?

I had my sewing machine out the other day for the first time in way too long! As well as fixing jeans and taking up trousers, I made some card to send to friends across the country. They’re so much nicer than an e-mail, don’t you think?

Leafy Patterns

I’ve always been influenced by nature to create patterns. Simple leaf shapes linked by crooked branches inspired me to create some wallpaper designs. Here are some examples below. Which is your favourite?
