The Northumberland coast is so so gorgeous and I can’t go home without visiting a beach. I definitely have my favourites; Seaton Point, High Newton, Bamburgh. Last time I was back I decided to go to one I’ve never actually been to, despite only living a few miles from it my whole life. I wasn’t disappointed. Warkworth Beach is another huge expanse of unspoilt coastline to add to my list of must see beaches. I also couldn’t resist snapping a vibrant oil seed rape field on the way home!
I’ve just been home for a beautiful wedding by the sea in Northumberland. Whenever I’m home, I can’t resist taking a drive into the hills. One of my favourite views has also been used for ‘The Hobbit’ poster. It’s just stunning and definitely a strong competitor for New Zealand! (When you catch it on a rare sunny day :-))
Well I’ve just had ANOTHER week away (This really doesn’t happen a lot). I’ve just got back from Benidorm! It was actually really nice and lots of fun. Here’s a few snaps!
I’ve just come back from a great week helping Zoe Brewer at the very gorgeous Lower Mill Estate. I was lucky enough to have stayed in one of the beautiful houses which had a great view from the roof. There was some lovely patterns if you braved the view over the edge!
While I was up at home, my brother and I took our Dad to Durham for the day. I was snapping away as much as I could but they wouldn’t have had much patience for me if I kept making them stop! So please excuse the flash reflections 🙂 There’s some beautiful doorways in Durham; a mixture of painted and wooden. Gorgeous colours and archways everywhere!
